All products are custom made and shipped from Perth and Brisbane depending on the final destination and available inventory. Orders are manufactured and then dispatched within 5-7 days from order. The transport depends on the location of the final destination. Capital city locations take between 2 days and 5 days by road. For remote areas and more accurate shipping dates, please contact us with a specific post code. Elite Pool Covers cannot be held responsible for freight delays beyond our control, like weather events or industrial action. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
